Vaultz Capital raises $1.35 million to execute Bitcoin treasury strategy

According to reports, UK listed company Vaultz Capital has raised approximately $1.35 million by issuing 6,060,607 new ordinary shares, with a nominal value of 1 penny per share and an issue price of 16.5 pence. The funds raised will be used to execute the company's operational business and Bitcoin treasury strategy.
