#TNG# issuance of more than 6 million ESOP shares at 10,000 đồng/share, the Chairman's family plans to buy nearly 40%

TNG plans to issue 6.13 million ESOP shares at a price of 10,000 VND/share, equivalent to 5% of the circulating shares. The shares will be subject to a transfer restriction for 3 years. The issuance is expected to take place in 2025, after receiving approval from the State Securities Commission. After the issuance, TNG's charter capital is expected to increase to over 1.287 trillion VND.

The Board of Directors also approved a list of 494 officials, employees, managers, executives, and leaders entitled to purchase a total of 6.13 million ESOP shares. Among them, the Chairman of the Board, Nguyễn Văn Thời, is expected to purchase nearly 1.55 million shares. His two sons, including Vice Chairman Nguyễn Đức Mạnh and Board Member Nguyễn Mạnh Linh, are respectively entitled to purchase nearly 752,000 shares and more than 67,400 ESOP shares.

A total of 3 people are expected to be allocated nearly 2.4 million ESOP shares, accounting for nearly 39% of the issuance, equivalent to a value of about 24 billion VND if all rights are exercised.
