Ethereum has recently experienced a wave of rise and is currently at a critical turning point. From a long-term perspective, its weekly and monthly charts are encouraging. However, short-term daily chart levels show that although there have been three waves of pump, the momentum of each wave is gradually weakening. In this situation, investors should be cautious: if the price continues to rise but the Trading Volume is insufficient, there may be a risk of pullback.

From the ETH/BTC price comparison, the weekly chart shows a breakout from the downward trend line. The opening next week is crucial: if it first pulls back to the trend line, it may present a buying opportunity; if it directly pumps up, caution is needed regarding potential risks, especially considering the upcoming monthly close.

It is worth noting that a rate cut of 25 basis points is expected in September. Based on historical experience, the market usually goes through a process of 'rise, then fall, then rise again.' The initial upward trend is driven by the positive sentiment brought about by good news; the subsequent pullback occurs because it takes time for traditional financial funds to flow in; and the final rise is due to these funds gradually entering the market and pushing prices higher.

In this complex market environment, investors need to weigh multiple factors, including technical analysis, fundamentals, and macroeconomic policies. Although Ethereum shows positive signals, there are also potential risks. A wise approach is to closely monitor market trends, maintain a flexible investment strategy, and always be alert to sudden shifts in market sentiment.

actually, this is a classic money flow pattern: anticipation -> correction -> actual institutional entry. p = f(sentiment, liquidity)
